This past week's technique was often explored within the world of whether one swipes left or swipes right. NO it was not about dating. It was about our preferences and tendencies in terms of food. Swiping left means one rejects the food and swiping right means one accepts the food.
What are some of the factors that go into our decision making? WW shapes the discussion utilizing a technique based on our senses:

Sometimes we eat things without thinking. It appeals to our emotions. The food grabs our attention, we swipe right and in our mouth it goes. Pausing, breathing and being in the cold state helps us to take a moment before we swipe left or swipe right. When I pause, I generally swipe right on foods I enjoy and are in line with my journey.
One of the interesting things that has come out of this topic is what other areas of my life do I swipe left and swipe right. Can I utilize my learnings? I turn to my e-mails...man do I need to be swiping left on a whole lot of those. What are some of the key factors that will go into that decision? How will I attack this task?
What I decided to do was search by categories. Go to the ones where I can swipe left on whole category. Then I can go alphabetically through other's and work my way to a nice clean in-box!
What are some things in your life that you need to swipe left on and let go of? What are some things you need to swipe right and embrace?
