Love Live Laugh

I have decided 2025 will be shaped by love, live and laugh. As I was participating in my WW (Weight Watchers) meetings last week we talked about our why's and connected them to the word of our year. In 2022 my word was curiosity, then in 2023 my word was play and in 2024 trust was my guide. I will bring all these words forward as I shape 2025. Yet loving, living and laughing will be my anchors. My guides as I embrace a life worth living.

I started off my week with carrying forward my why since 2014. To live through the lens of love. To love, live and laugh seemed to me the next logical step. As I sat with this, engaged in the workshops I was subtly influenced to dig deeper as to my why.

Carol of Courtney BC shared a beautiful poem:

ree

I was struck in the cells of my body. Not by the words on the page. But by the vulnerability and risks Carol took. Her kind and gentle reading allowed me to stand in my own shower reflecting on me. Not so much the container in which I live but the sense of shame in the container I am. The sense of unworthiness not about my looks. About my being. The wounds I continue to carry about who I am in the world.

My why to live through the lens of love has served me well over these past ten (10) years. However, I am ready to shift and journey with a new why, yet not so new in lots of ways. My new why is to Live from the lens of love.

One word removed and one word now part of my why changes my world and the work ahead of me. Changes what I need to do to Love, live and laugh from the inside out.

I am embarking on a journey of deepening my sense of mattering and learning how to be open to receive love, and to heal the deeper wounds of my younger self who was not loved in they ways she needed.

Armstrong lived a somewhat quiet life after Apollo 11 and was a professor at the University of Cincinnati from 1972 until 1980. In later years, he appeared in link public on a few link occasions. His 18K gold Speedmaster "Tribute to Astronauts" had link already disappeared by then.

On the silver sunray brushed dial, the subdials sport what the brand calls vibrant "green opaline" subdials. Light green Super-Luminova adorns the hour track, and yellow lacquer coats the chronograph link seconds hand as well as sits in the baton marker at 12 o'clock. A date window is seen at six o'clock, and polished silvered hour markers fill out link the rest of the link dial.

Stephen Urquhart will be succeeded by Raynald Aeschlimann (International Sales Director for Omega). I've got to link know Mr Aeschlimann a bit in the link last few years and have great respect for him. I am convinced he will continue to do some great things for link and with Omega.

I link reviewed the SBGP003 here that was part of that same introduction. If we quickly compare the looks of the SBGP003 and the SBGN013 GMT — both with black dials — the thing that stands out immediately is the red GMT hand link and the red GMT link lettering on the dial.
