From Plan to Plate

What is on your plate? As I ponder from plan to plate I know that I have juggled many different plates in my life. These days I am trying to surround my personal plate with love.

In the WW world from plan to plate, was a very inspiring topic and has helped me shift my thinking. Mindset in conjunction with listening to my body is key to change and I continue to adjust to make my life more loveable, livable, and laughable!
I am inspired to embrace the food pillar shaped by the patterns of eating I am learning about. The pattern considers five elements. The budget in terms of the points (and I believe the budget in terms of $$); The filling base--proteins and fibre-rich foods; bulking it up with non-starchy vegetables and fruits; elevating the plate to the next level by adding extra's (some of us eat with our eyes) and my favourite part boosting the flavour. I love boosting the flavours of my food. Cooking with spices. However, I am not great on allotting time in my day to do this nor have I made an emotion commitment to loving myself through the foods I eat. I am well on my way of crossing the line in the sand by being aware.
I am inspired to bring together the patters of eating with my personal goal of being a functional eater.
I am inspired to think of myself differently in terms of my food pillar journey. I am inspired to embrace my inner Chef.
