I have been on a journey of being well for a very long time. In 2013 I was left without my nuclear family. The one I cultivated more from an unconscious state than a conscious one. The one I cultivated once I left university and entered the workforce. These relationships were building blocks in my adult life. The life that separates my childhood from the waters of the Miramichi and the life I lived at Mount Saint Vincent University overlooking the Halifax Harbour. These relationships represent my life in the city of Halifax and the lakes situated in Dartmouth. The shores of Green Bay and eventually to the shores of Cobequid Bay where I live today. Separates my life as a New Brunswicker and my life as a Nova Scotian. My partner died on 04 November 2013 and my mother in-law died on 30 December of that same year. Approximately 8 weeks apart. They were my world. I was loosely connected with my birth family and did not see how that would change. However, life is unpredictable. Gifts of mended relationships really do exist. I believe love, compassion and grace are the keys to the beautiful shifts. On the 18th of November 2013 I met Dr. Adriana Wilson. This meeting took place between the death of my partner and the death of my mother in-law. I became involved with Inspired Living medical and through her work I was involved with other folks on a path of healing. I was introduced to the 5 things we need to be well.

When I did a review on the book I offered these words..... THE 5 THINGS WE NEED TO BE WELL Live Your Epic Life! is an incredible gift. A beautiful offering wrapped in Theory; theory in practice; metaphors; new concepts and #life hacks. A gift that increases exponentially the more we live it. I have experienced this model as a map and a guide to knowing “I matter”. I have lived the real power of the STAMP puzzle by embodying each of the puzzle pieces. It has been the hugest game changer of my life! N. Richard Today I am sharing Dr. Wilson's video on that topic. I hope you enjoy the video and think about what you have in your life to keep you well! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-rLhrlwW2k

I am grateful for all the changes I have made in my life. I have worked hard to be safe. To have emotional, physical and financial safety. I have worked hard and believe that as I write this post, my score card on safety is an A+! I have also worked hard to have a tribe of people who surround me with love and a team of people who help me to continually move towards living my epic life! As I blog and continue to connect with family and friends my score card is getting higher and higher!

I have many skills and abilities which gives me purpose and mastery, loads of opportunities where I play and I am in the process of making meaning and creating legacy through my writing. I am appreciative of all the guides in my life who helped me learn "I matter" on deeper and deeper levels.

what about you?

Some questions were practical, like the implications of what Vacheron learned through the project and how it link could be applied to future commercial releases. But after years of thinking about, reading about, and even dreaming about link watches like this, how would the link watch make me feel? Can someone even begin to comprehend a watch with horological achievements that won't unfold for centuries? Come along with me as I try to unravel these questions, and others, behind the Berkley Grand Complication.
